Policy Overview

BX1 Group operates with a compliance-led approach across security, facilities management, cleaning, systems support and operational service delivery.

These policies summarise the standards we expect across our workforce, management activity, suppliers and client-facing operations. They support consistent service delivery, professional conduct, responsible business practice and continual improvement.

Privacy Policy

BX1 Group respects the privacy of clients, employees, applicants, suppliers and website users. We collect and use personal information only where there is a lawful, fair and necessary reason to do so.

Information may include names, contact details, company details, enquiry information, recruitment details and operational records required to respond to enquiries, manage services, assess applicants or maintain business administration.

We do not sell personal information. Personal data is handled securely, accessed only by authorised personnel and retained only for as long as reasonably required for business, legal or operational purposes.

Data Protection Policy

BX1 Group is committed to handling information in line with UK data protection principles. Personal and business information must be used lawfully, kept accurate where required, protected against unauthorised access and processed only for legitimate business purposes.

Our teams are expected to protect confidential information, follow internal procedures, report suspected data incidents promptly and avoid unnecessary disclosure of client, employee or operational information.

Health & Safety Policy

BX1 Group is committed to protecting the health, safety and welfare of employees, contractors, clients, visitors and members of the public who may be affected by our activities.

We aim to identify hazards, assess operational risks, follow site instructions, provide appropriate briefings and maintain clear reporting routes for incidents, near misses and safety concerns.

Environmental Policy

BX1 Group recognises the importance of responsible environmental management within security and facilities management operations.

We aim to reduce unnecessary waste, use resources efficiently, support cleaner working environments and encourage responsible travel, procurement and operational planning where reasonably practicable.

Quality Mission Statement

Our mission is to deliver security and facilities services that are specified clearly, resourced properly and managed accountably, so that every client receives the standard they were promised on every shift. We measure ourselves against the written scope agreed with each client, not against general intentions.

We would rather decline work we cannot staff and manage properly than accept it and deliver it badly. Where we fall short, we investigate, correct and record the correction rather than explain it away.

Quality Policy

BX1 Group is committed to delivering services to a consistent professional standard. Quality is supported through clear scope definition, controlled mobilisation, management oversight, reporting, communication and continual improvement.

We aim to understand client requirements, deploy suitable personnel, monitor service performance, respond to issues and review opportunities for improvement across contracts and sites.

Modern Slavery & Ethical Conduct

BX1 Group has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, exploitation and unethical employment practices.

We expect lawful, fair and professional conduct across our business and supply chain. Concerns relating to exploitation, poor labour practice or unethical conduct should be reported and will be taken seriously.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy

BX1 Group recognises its responsibilities to the people it employs, the clients it serves and the communities in which it operates. Our CSR approach rests on fair and lawful employment, safe working conditions, honest commercial conduct and respect for the environments our teams work in.

In a sector with a history of insecure work, we treat fair treatment of the workforce as the foundation of social responsibility: lawful pay through payroll, verified right to work, proper screening and access to training. We support local recruitment where services allow, expect ethical conduct from suppliers, and welcome client CSR requirements where we can honestly evidence delivery against them.

ESG & Social Value

BX1 Group recognises the importance of environmental, social and governance responsibilities in modern security and facilities management procurement.

Our ESG approach is based on responsible operations, workforce professionalism, safe working practices, ethical conduct, service accountability, community awareness and continuous improvement.

Review & Responsibility

These policies are reviewed periodically and updated where required to reflect legal, operational and business changes.

Responsibility for maintaining professional standards sits with BX1 Group management, supported by supervisors, operational teams and all personnel delivering services on behalf of the company.
